Threshold Circles

A quiet place to remember what you already know.

There are moments in life that ask us to pause because something within us is shifting, growing, or quietly asking for our attention.

Threshold Circles are gatherings for women who long to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with their own inner knowing. Together we create a thoughtful, welcoming space where reflection, ritual, creativity, and community help reveal what is already beginning to emerge.

I don't come as the know-it-all, providing you with answers - but I will ask magic questions. I tend the space and thoughtfully design an experience that allows your own wisdom to surface.

Threshold Circles follow the natural rhythms of becoming. While we currently gather three times each year, these gatherings are part of a larger practice of honoring life's transitions with intention, reflection, and community. As the community grows, new circles, seasonal retreats, and immersive experiences may emerge naturally from this rhythm.

Why Gather?

We live in a culture that celebrates speed, productivity, and certainty. Yet the most meaningful insights rarely arrive when we're rushing. They emerge in the quiet moments, in the conversations that aren't hurried, in the pauses between doing and becoming. They arrive when you’ve created enough spaciousness so that your own answers have room to be heard.

Threshold Circles are an invitation to slow down long enough to do just that, to be able to hear yourself again. To notice what you've been overlooking. To reconnect with your intuition. To remember that you already carry far more wisdom than you've been taught to trust.

There is something profoundly healing about doing this work in community. While every woman's journey is uniquely her own, witnessing others listen deeply to themselves often gives us permission to do the same.

I believe that every woman carries an inner wisdom that is both ancient and deeply personal. Sometimes all this wisdom needs to surface is a quiet room, thoughtful questions, compassionate witnesses, and intentional attention.

Why These Times?

Each circle is intentionally held during a meaningful point in the seasonal and lunar cycle because these natural rhythms offer beautiful invitations to pause, reflect, and begin again.

Whether or not you follow lunar cycles, these seasonal thresholds remind us that all of nature moves in rhythms of growth, rest, harvest, and renewal. We are no different.

Our current gathering cadence is as follows:

Late Winter

Held during the final New Moon before the Lunar New Year, this gathering invites us to gently clear space, reconnect with our future self, and gather the seeds of our intentions for planting in the season ahead. Together we prepare the ground for

Midsummer

Held just before the opening of the Lion's Gate portal and often near the Full Moon, we reconnect with our creative vitality and discern what wants to be nourished and expressed more fully. In a season that often asks much of us as women, this is a rare chance to slow down, reconnect with our inner knowing, and gain the confidence to walk the path towards our dreams.

Autumn

Held during the dark Moon in Scorpio, as the moon wanes and autumn turns inward, this gathering honors gratitude, transformation, inheritance, and the wisdom found in letting go of what is no longer ours to carry. Together we celebrate what has shaped us, compost what is ready for transformation, and prepare for the season of darkness and reflection.

The quality of our future depends on the quality of our attention.

Listening Differently

Each Threshold Circle includes a guided visualization designed to help you settle into a quieter, more receptive way of paying attention. Rather than seeking answers from outside yourself, these gentle journeys invite you to listen inward though imagination, symbolism, memory, and metaphor. They create space for the deeper wisdom that often gets drowned out by the pace of everyday life.

No meditation experience is needed. These visualization practices are imaginative, accessible, and designed for everyone, whether you’ve been meditating for years, or have never closed your eyes with intention before. Some people experience vivid imagery, while others simply notice a feeling, a word, or a subtle shift in perspective. However the experience unfolds, the invitation is the same: to slow down, become curious, and trust what begins to emerge. Together, we journey through thoughtfully created landscapes and symbolic experiences that invite insight through image, metaphor, memory, and feeling. Along the way, you may encounter places, symbols, questions, or inner guides that illuminate something you’ve known all along but haven’t yet had the space to hear.

I like to describe these visualizations as creating an opportunity to meet your own inner oracle, your inner wisdom, inner knowing, or higher self: the quiet, wise part of yourself that has been patiently waiting for you to listen.

The visualization becomes a bridge into the rest of the gathering, softly preparing us for reflection, journaling, creative exploration, and conversation. Rather than beginning from our busy minds, we begin from a quieter place within ourselves.

When we create space to listen, our own wisdom has room to speak.

Why Ritual

Ritual has helped humans make meaning of life’s transitions and provide a tangible expression of reverence and acknowledgement of life’s thresholds. Ritual gives form to ineffable experiences, those that are often difficult to describe in words. They can be as simple as lighting a candle, planting a seed, burning a piece of paper to release what is written on it, or offering gratitude. These simple acts invite us to move beyond thinking alone and engage our whole selves - intellect, body, heart, and imagination.

In community, ritual becomes something even more powerful. Collective intention and carefully crafted rituals combine to create a ceremony - the ritual container for thresholds. And when we gather together in community, we are reminded that we don’t have to navigate life’s threshold’s alone.

What to Expect

Each Threshold Circle is unique, but thoughtfully woven together with practices that encourage presence, reflection, and meaningful connection with yourself and others.

Together, we may explore:

  • guided visualizations that invite you into conversation with your inner wisdom

  • reflective journaling using beautifully designed companion booklets

  • creative mapping and drawing exercises

  • gentle somatic and grounding practices

  • meaningful conversation in small and large groups

  • seasonal rituals that help us acknowledge intentions, beginnings, endings, reorientation, gratitude, or release

  • moments of silence, beauty, and shared presence

Some gatherings include creating symbolic offerings, writing letters, nature-based rituals, gratitude practices, or quiet ceremonies that help mark life’s transitions with intention.

Every element is offered as an invitation, and there is never pressure to share more than feels right.

What if the next chapter of your life is simply waiting to be noticed?

Embers & Inheritance Threshold Circle
$55.00

The brightest flames eventually become quiet embers. They still hold warmth. They still carry light. They still have the power to kindle what comes next.

Evening

Location to be Revealed

As autumn settles in and the landscape begins its slow return to stillness, nature offers a gentle invitation: to pause, to reflect, and to discern what is ours to carry into the season ahead.

On the eve of the Scorpio New Moon, we gather for Embers & Inheritance, the final Threshold Circle of the year.

This is a gathering about gratitude, remembrance, and conscious becoming.

Together we'll honor the people, places, experiences, and lineages that have shaped us. We'll offer thanks for the gifts we've inherited, gently release what no longer belongs to us, and listen for the quiet wisdom asking to be carried forward.

Some inheritances nourish us. Some are ready to end with us. Both deserve reverence.

This Threshold Circle is inspired by the archetypal energy of late autumn and the sacred timing of Kali Puja, a festival honoring the fierce compassion of transformation. Rather than destruction for its own sake, Kali reminds us that releasing what has completed its work creates space for deeper truth, greater freedom, and new life to emerge.

As the outer world grows quieter, we, too, are invited to trust the unseen work of winter.

During our time together you'll experience:

Homa-inspired Fire Ceremony

Gather around a living fire as we offer herbs, oils, prayers, gratitude, and intentions through an ancient-inspired ritual of transformation. Together we'll chant, make offerings, and symbolically release what is complete.

Guided Visualization

Journey inward through a contemplative meditation designed to help you reconnect with the wisdom of your own lineage, receive insight, and discover the ember you are being invited to tend through the winter months.

Reverence Rituals

Move through thoughtfully designed practices that cultivate gratitude, remembrance, and intentional reflection. You'll be invited to engage with a communal ancestral altar, sip seasonal herbal tea, and participate in gentle rituals that honor both the visible and invisible threads that have shaped your life.

Ember Blessing

Each participant will receive a beeswax candle to bless and carry home: a symbol of the quiet light within you and the qualities you choose to nurture through the winter season.

Inheritance Journal Companion

A beautifully designed reflection booklet will accompany the evening, featuring prompts exploring gratitude, inheritance, release, and legacy; including an imaginative writing practice inviting you to consider how future generations might remember the life you are living today.

This gathering may be for you if:

  • You're moving through a season of transition and longing for a meaningful pause.

  • You'd like to enter winter with greater clarity and intention.

  • You're ready to release old stories, expectations, or burdens with compassion.

  • You're curious about the gifts and wisdom you've inherited and the legacy you're creating.

  • You appreciate thoughtful ritual, beautiful spaces, and authentic community.

No prior experience with meditation, ritual, or astrology is necessary.

You are welcome exactly as you are.

Please Bring:

  • A small meaningful object or photograph for our communal ancestral altar (returned to you at the end of the evening)

  • A journal, if you'd like additional writing space

  • Comfortable layers as we will move between indoor and outdoor spaces.

  • An open heart

About Threshold Circles

Threshold Circles are seasonal gatherings that weave together guided visualization, contemplative practices, ritual, nature, journaling, and meaningful community.

Each gathering honors a different moment in the turning of the year, creating space to notice what is emerging, reconnect with what matters most, and move through life's transitions with greater clarity and intention.

Together, we remember that transformation doesn't happen all at once.

It unfolds one threshold at a time.

Come tend the ember that will carry you through winter.

Together, we'll pause, recalibrate, and step into the remainder of the season with greater clarity, confidence, and radiance.
