Midwife for the Future

 

I support groups who are doing crucial work in communities to be more effective by streamlining internal processes, bolstering collaboration, and teaching group-work techniques that honor everyone’s time and perspective. I also help individuals who are curious and eager to learn methods and practices they can implement in order to live a more joyful and impactful life by teaching on a variety of subjects that empower them to make changes and see their reality through new eyes.

My passion is for collaborative group processes, especially strategic planning, where the wisdom of the collective can be gathered and shaped into a beautiful vision for the future. Goal setting, or as I like to call it, dreaming the future into being, is an important practice that provides the foundation for creating plans and determining what actions to take. In order to move forward with purpose, you need to select a path. Why not walk the path that leads you to your goals (or dreams)?

There are three areas where I consult and teach, providing skill upleveling:

  • Business 

    • The practical skills you need to be effective in the workplace (and life!)

  • Mindset

    • The inner work required that allows you to show up authentically and with power

  • Creator

    • Methods that can allow you to be an active force in dreaming your future into being
