New Moon Circle
Women’s New Moon Circle
This women-only New Moon gathering is an intentional, embodied ritual designed to support deep release, purification, and grounded visioning as we approach the Lunar New Year.
Held on the final New Moon before the new lunar cycle begins, this circle invites women to pause at a powerful threshold — to sweat out what no longer serves, clarify what they are calling in, and consciously choose the structure that will support them in the year ahead.
A central element of this gathering is a guided infrared sauna ritual, used not simply for relaxation, but as a ceremonial space for purification, release, and energetic clearing.
What to expect
A warm opening circle with heart-opening and vision-expanding herbal brews crafted by Enthea Pharmakon.
We will be seated on the floor, so please bring any props that will support your comfort.
Guided visioning exercise
Infrared sauna ritual (15 minutes - enough to glow, not to get drenched)
Participants will have a partner/buddy for grounding and support - optional discussion prompts and visualization cues for the sauna session.
Clothing/swimsuits are required in the sauna, I recommend a light linen/cotton shift or comfortable exercise clothes.
Guided journaling to:
release what is not being carried forward into the new cycle
connect with your “future grateful self” and embodied daily rhythms
Creative expression using mini canvases and art materials
Closing ritual with sacred oil anointing to seal intentions and commitments
This gathering is for women who are ready to:
engage in somatic, ritual-based release
root their visions into the body and into lived structure
enter the new lunar year feeling clear, grounded, and supported
be witnessed in an intentional, nurturing circle
We gather the seeds now so we can plant them at the Lunar New Year on February 17.
Space is limited to keep the circle intimate.
We are gathering at Core Healing and Therapeutic Massage, located at 20 Technology Drive, Brattleboro VT. Notes on the Space: This is a shoes-off space, so plan accordingly. We will be cozy, and seated on the floor! - if you require a chair please let me know and we will accommodate. We will serve tea and water - electrolytes are available to purchase. There is a changing room, bathroom, sauna room, and central gathering space.
Participating in the sauna is not required to attend this circle, so if health conditions prevent you from doing so please just let me know and I’ll make the buddies for that portion accordingly. Similarly, if you are coming with a friend and want to be paired up for the sauna session, let me know!
